Proceedings of the Fourth International Seminar on Special Education (Cork, Ireland, September 8-12, 1969) contain papers relating to the following themes: special education personnel, identification of the handicapped, general aspects of early education, special education methods, early education programs for the mentally handicapped, and early education programs for children with sensory and motor handicaps. Also included are the program schedule, the opening and concluding addresses, a list of seminar participants, and an author and title index to the 25 papers.
